Tacoma Link will also run extended hours on all three days, Friday through Sunday, with trains until midnight. Sound Transit expects to use full-size 7-car trains to accommodate expected demand between Seattle and Tacoma. Northbound trains will leave Tacoma Dome Station approximately 30 minutes after the end of both concerts, with an additional train from Seattle to Everett after the 2 p.m. A connecting North Line train from Everett will depart at 9:50 a.m., allowing riders to transfer to the first southbound train at King Street. On Saturday, November 3, there will be two southbound trains to Tacoma Dome Station from Seattle departing at 11:00 a.m. On Friday, November 3, a northbound Sounder train will run from Tacoma Dome Station to Seattle approximately 30 minutes after the end of the concert. In addition to these runs, regular service on Sunday, November 5 for a Seahawks game will give Sounder one of its rare weeks with full seven-day service (albeit with limited service). To accommodate the influx of fans, who have sold out all three days at the Tacoma Dome, Sound Transit will run special Sounder service on Friday, November 3 and Saturday, November 4. Country music star Garth Brooks will be in Tacoma for three nights-Friday through Sunday-for concerts expected to draw over 100,000 fans.
